Absolutely amazing hotel experience. Deluxe Double room was superb. Polite and helpful staff. Perfect location. Spoiled with daily treats. Rich breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds. Bathroom amenities provided. Will visit again soon.
Absolutely nothing to say.

The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The location is extremely convenient for touring by walking and public transportation and for getting to and from the airport by train.
This is rated as a 5 star hotel. As such, it should have: sufficient space to put a computer on a flat surface without taking up all the table top room; enough drawer or cupboard space for clothes; room in the bathroom to leave toiletries out after use; and a TV set with acceptable sound

Good access to the airport, railway station and for a beer hall. With a vanity interior decoration of elegant taste, calm atmosphere and outstanding services which make us to forget the fatigue by long flight. Thanks a lot.

We loved the central location - easy walking distance to shopping and attractions. The breakfast was impressive with good quality and variety. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. The room was clean, spacious and stylish.
Nothing all excellent.

Location was great, close to stores, restaurants, and public transportation. the hotel's charm was a nice touch, made us feel like we were staying at a fancy castle. Room service was efficient and the housekeeping did a great job keeping our room tidy.
The prices were slightly high, especially for additional amenities like breakfast and parking. the bed wasn't the most comfortable hotel bed we've slept in, but it was still decent.

It was not near what I expected. Way way over priced. Costs like a Ritz Carlton but it is not even close to a Ritz. The cleaning mate walked into my room without knocking and I was naked and couldn't get away fast enough, she did it so quietly. I would compare it to a Hilton Garden Inn in USA but way way overpriced. It was nice but not near that nice. Will I ever go back? I wouldn't even consider it.
Not special.

The hotel is in an excellent location.
The air conditioning was very poor. We had to open the windows to get decent fresh air. We noticed other guests had to leave doors and windows open in order to get fresh air.

Truly incredible hotel experience. From the flawless check-in to the stunning suite decorated in creams and gold, every detail exceeded our expectations. The Michelin-starred restaurant served sublime food and the communication from the reception staff and concierge was exceptional. The location was perfect, right in the center close to pubs, high-end shopping, and public transportation. The hotel's charm and attentive staff made our stay worth every penny. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very professional in every way possible. Location is perfect is you want to be adjacent to the altstadt and the train staion...so of course it is also very busy.
The heating system in my room was not working properly. So at first it was too cold....and after they came to 'fix' it....it heated up like a sauna. As a result I had a very poor sleep. It is probably the ugliest building you will ever see in Munich or anywhere else.

Great Service, Beautiful Room, Fantastic Location
There are so many things to love about this hotel! the service is second to none. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed, including a lovely view of the city. The location was key - we were able to easily explore all the best parts of the city on foot. And on top of all that, the breakfast was absolutely delicious!
While we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, there were a couple of downsides. The common areas could be quite noisy and lacked the cozy character we were hoping for.
